This is a perfect example of how I’d love to decorate my future home. It just looks so simple & serene with a beautiful warm light embracing the house and it doesn’t seem that it’d cost a lot of money to replicate this look. I can imagine hanging a couple of framed photos of my own on the wall, and then a simple vase with my favorite flower for my own home. My heart is set on minimalism these days and I’m always in search of creating a beautiful space with just few pieces of objects.

This will be my last post on the Phuket trip and it had to be on Oasis Spa I visited after scoring a nasty sunburn. Luckily it was only within 10 minute drive from my resort, so we made a quick trip down to the spa. Oasis Spa was nested within a tranquil garden with beautiful greeneries, a perfect spot to switch yourself off and just indulge in relaxation. The staff were lovely, dressed in a deep green traditional Thai uniform which blended nicely with the surrounding.

A lovely serene place for travelers who want to experience thai massage and recharge… a wonderful way to end their trip.

I captured these images 6 weeks ago when I was on holiday in Phuket. I still haven’t quite recovered from being in holiday mode, I really miss soaking in the warm water and resting my eyes on the endless emerald sea.

I particularly enjoyed visiting this place called Racha Island (my poor husband wasn’t feeling well so unfortunately I had to abandon him and go for snorkeling by myself – felt like such a bad wife) apparently a popular spot for snorkeling but quiet enough and it was just wonderful to escape from the city life for some time. The island is only 30min speedboat ride from Chalong Pier and to be honest I can’t really say it was the most enjoyable boat ride since I got sea sick. But in the end it was totally worth it, the island is not as crowded as Ko phi phi or other touristy parts of Phuket (which is exactly what I hoped for), it is quiet enough to just relax and chill out.
