Dusty pink palette

dusty pink

Dusty pink colour is my all time favourite – it is feminine and romantic but not in the sickly sweet sense. I like the vintage and nostalgic feelings this colour evokes when used in interiors.

Flower stamping

I took a little trip to a sustainable village called Kampung during the weekend, it was nice to get away from the urban living for a few hours and just enjoy the beautiful nature around me. I felt really grateful for those volunteers who sacrificed their weekend and worked at the village to guide visitors and promote sustainable life.

We had a session to do some simple arts & crafts such as flower stamping, I managed to take some photos to document the process. It was a great way to reconnect with nature and think about what I have been missing in my life.

My current obsession is a slip dress, it’s probably one of the items on my survival list for living in Singapore as well. All of my dresses have lining inside and you could probably imagine what would happened when I start sweating. I really need ‘one’ layered dresses which I could easily dress up/down with heels or my stan smith.

Slip dresses seem to be a big trend for summer and I found some silk & linen ones I really love –
